Tickets purchased by customers are non-refundable and cannot be canceled, exchanged for a different type or date, or otherwise modified under any circumstances.

This applies not only in cases of loss, theft, damage, or destruction, but also to electronic tickets that cannot be displayed on the event day due to device loss, theft, damage, destruction, poor signal, or battery failure.

Customers are responsible for managing their own tickets and are asked to make purchases with an understanding of these conditions.
